FAQ:
Q. How does TruckWeight work?
A. TruckWeight works by accurately
reading pressure changes in your vehicle’s air suspension
line. TruckWeight’s tiny sensors are mounted to the frame
of the tractor or trailer and teed into the air suspension line.
Those sensors then send pressure information directly to your
handheld receiver, which translates the readings into weight measurements
accurate within 0.5% of your gross vehicle weight! With just the
touch of a button, operators can monitor the weight of axle groups
and gross vehicle weight, either from the cab or within 100 feet
of the trailer.
Q. How can TruckWeight save me money?
A. TruckWeight allows you to
eliminate scale charges, overweight fines, and out-of-route miles.
It also helps you maximize axle loads to get the most from your
trucks each and every time. Plus, TruckWeight costs a fraction
of conventional truck scales and comes with a full two year warranty.
Q. Is TruckWeight really accurate?
A. TruckWeight uses proven technology
that gives you accurate results time after time, year after year.
Once calibrated, TruckWeight provides measurements within 0.5%
of your gross vehicle weight or within 150 lbs every time.

A :TruckWeight comes with all the
parts you’ll need – including a how-to video –
for a quick and easy installation. Using a standard wrench and
cutters, you can install your TruckWeight wireless scale in minutes,
with no expertise required.
Q: Is there any maintenance required?

to last a lifetime, with little maintenance. TruckWeight is made
with the most durable, non-corrosive, and weather-resistant materials
available so you can enjoy it virtually worry-free. And TruckWeight
runs on two AA batteries (included) that you can change safely
and easily within minutes.
Q: Do
the weights appear in pounds or kilos?
A: With the single press of a button, TruckWeight lets
you flip back and forth between pounds and kilograms, so you can
always get accurate measurements when you want it, the way you
want it. The handheld display will show a “lb” symbol
when measuring in pounds, and a “kg” symbol when measuring
in kilos.
