SMART LOADER 2.0

SMART LOADER SOFTWARE 2.0 is used to obtain weight from Fleetlink via Bluetooth and fetch GPS locations from GPS Satellite. It transfers the weight and GPS locations to our LBS (Location Based Server) using GPRS. This is a lite weight version and a SMART LOADER with more features are coming along soon.

TruckWeight’s free software allows users of the company’s onboard wireless sensors for mechanical and air suspensions to quickly and easily monitor and record weights. Known as the Virtual Weigh Station, the software may be downloaded to any Windows-based laptop or desktop computer.

With a line of site range of 500 feet, the software will report and record individual axle weights with an excellent screen view, as well as, gross vehicle weights with an easy touch to change from rig to rig, and automatically generate reports in an Excel format.

Now fleets and owner operators can record and monitor weights as rigs are loading, unloading, leaving and entering their home base. Loaders can select as many rigs they want and see the weights as the trucks are being loaded.

The free Weight Station software is great for logging, and refuse operations, which load several rigs at one location can view and record weights at the job site. The free easy to use software also gives owner operators and fleets a convenient way to keep track of safe and legal loading performance and history.

The software also permits refuse vehicle operators to tare each individual bin, and record the net weight of each dump and keep a running total on a per axle group basis, when used with onboard computers. A small TruckWeight receiver with a USB dongle connects to the computer.
